I am an REO listing broker and have averaged over 100+ annual sales units since 2008 and was named as a Top 400 Real Estate Professional by Real Trends and the Wall Street Journal for 2009-2015. I am a former Cleveland City Councilman, President of the Akron Cleveland Area Board of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, and a past and future Director of the National Association of Realtors and will be the NAR Region 6 Director reprensting Michigan and Ohio in 2018. I am a past member of the Board of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency where I served as the Single Family Housing Chairman and I am a member of the Board of Governors and past Chairman of the Northern Ohio Real Estate Multiple Listing Service (NORMLS) which serves over 40 counties in Ohio, Pennslvania & West Virginia.
